    • 7:00 am - 3:00 pm (M-F): 39 (OR-14, Trauma-1, Endo-3, Cath-2, IR/CT-2, Peds-6, OB-3(2-24 hr.), ASC-6, Float-2)
    • 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm (M-F): 17 (OR-10, Trauma-1, Endo-1, Peds-2, OB-3 (2-24 hr.)
    • 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm (M-F): 9 (OR-5, Trauma-1, OB-3 (2-24 hr.)
    • 7:00 pm -7:00 am (M-F): 3 (Trauma-1, OB-24 hr .- x2, Call-1)
    • 7:00 am - 3:00 pm (Sat/Sun): 5 (OR-3, Trauma-1, OB-24 hr.)
    • 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm (Sat/Sun): 4 (OR-2, Trauma-1, OB-24 hr.)
    • 7:00 pm - 7:00 am (Sat/Sun): 4 (Nighthawk-1, OB-24 hr x2, Backup call-1)
  • On Call Requirements: Sunday - Saturday: 12-hour call
  • Case Mix: Bariatric, ENT, IR, GYN, Podiatry, Spine, Urology, Endo, OMFS, Dental, Plastics
  • Support Staff/Supervision: What percentage of the time will the CRNA be Medically Directed by an anesthesiologist? 100%
  • Certifications: ALL incoming clinicians must have active PALS, ACLS, AHA, BLS, and TB Test
  • Active License: Must have a Florida License & DEA
