On Call Requirements: Sunday - Saturday: 12-hour call
Case Mix: Bariatric, ENT, IR, GYN, Podiatry, Spine, Urology, Endo, OMFS, Dental, Plastics
Support Staff/Supervision: What percentage of the time will the CRNA be Medically Directed by an anesthesiologist? 100%
Certifications: ALL incoming clinicians must have active PALS, ACLS, AHA, BLS, and TB Test
Active License: Must have a Florida License & DEA
