Requirements<\/h3>

● Current certification as a CRNA<\/i> by the National Board on<\/b> Certification and Re -Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).<\/b>
<\/div>

● Valid, unrestricted Kansas license.<\/b>
<\/div>

● Minimum <\/i>one year of experience<\/b> as a CRNA, with proficiency<\/i> in OB and US guided regional blocks.
<\/div>

● Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations.
<\/div>

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
<\/div>

● Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care. 
<\/div>

● BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required.<\/b>
<\/div>

● Must be proficient in OB and US guided regional blocks (adductor canal/femoral, popliteal, interscalene, supraclavicular, axillary, TAP blocks, very occasional PECS blocks).<\/b>
