Shifts: 5pm-7am or 7pm-7am, FT hours needed
Call: Residents called in first, then CRNAs, then MDs
Case Types: Trauma, Strokes and Emergencies
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
EMR: iPro
Supervision Model: 90% supervision at a 1:4 ratio
Special
Considerations: Level 1 Trauma center with 12k annual cases between the two sites. Must be able to work weekends and be flexible. Must have Trauma experience, must be able to cross credential at secondary facility, must have a clean background and malpractice.
Job Summary:
Access Healthcare Staffing Solutions is
currently seeking a qualified Locum CRNA to provide safe, high-quality
anesthesia care across a range of clinical settings. The ideal
candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills, sound judgment, and
a patient-centered approach to care. This locum opportunity offers
flexibility while allowing the CRNA to work within a collaborative,
well-supported anesthesia care team.
Requirements
Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board
on Certification and Re-certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Florida
Minimum of 1–3 years of CRNA
experience preferred; proficiency in various case types
Strong clinical knowledge and ability to provide
anesthesia care to diverse patient populations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to
work effectively with patients, families, and the care team
BLS and ACLS required; PALS and other
advanced certifications as applicable
Must have Trauma experience
Must be proficient in regional blocks, spinals and central/arterial line placement
Must have FT availability
Must be willing to cross-credential at secondary facility
Must have a clean background and malpractice
Must not have worked for Envision within the past 12 months
Must live outside of 75 miles from the site
No providers who have worked for this site or an affiliated site in the past 24 months
No providers that worked at this site or an affiliated site that is within 75 miles of this site
