Job Title: Locum CRNA

Location: North Indiana
Duration: 3-6 months, starting in July
Shifts: 7:30am-3:30pm
Call: Required from 3:30pm-7:30am 3 weeknights per month, with the potential for more - primary is in house and secondary call has a 30 min response time
Case Types: General, Endo, Ortho, Urology, high-risk OB (including TOLACs/VBACs), GYN, Cancer, Liver, some Vascular, ENT, Radiology, Cosmetics, Podiatry, Pulmonary, very light Cardiac (Tee, lungs and major vascular). The ASC has endo, blocks and B&B. Endo is primarily performed at the ASC with approximately 2,100 cases per year. Block types include standard bread‑and‑butter blocks, as well as interscalene, supraclavicular, axillary, adductor, popliteal, and TAPs.
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days, but temps are available with a clear background/malpractice history and an active, unrestricted license
EMR: Medaxion
Supervision Model: MDs onsite but no supervision
Special
Considerations: ACLS must be AHA, need 350 case logs with proof of epidurals, spinals and blocks in the past 12 months, MD reference required, and provider must enroll in INPCF.
Job Summary:

currently seeking a qualified Locum CRNA to provide safe, high-quality
anesthesia care across a range of clinical settings. The ideal
candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills, sound judgment, and
a patient-centered approach to care. This locum opportunity offers
flexibility while allowing the CRNA to work within a collaborative,
well-supported anesthesia care team.
Requirements
Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board
on Certification and Re-certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
Valid, unrestricted Indiana RN license.
Minimum of 1–3 years of CRNA
experience preferred; proficiency in high-acuity cases
Strong clinical knowledge and ability to provide
anesthesia care to diverse patient populations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to
work effectively with patients, families, and the care team
BLS and ACLS required; PALS and other
advanced certifications as applicable
ACLS must be AHA
Must have 350 case logs in the past 12 months
Must have an MD reference
Must be enrolled in INPCF
