Shifts: On average 35 hours per week with frequent early-out days (when schedule finishes). Additional days off when full staff is not needed.

Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days

Supervision Model: Fairly independent practice style with MD support available
Special
Considerations: Regional experience is preferred, but the site is willing to teach. Efficient OR staff and predictable daily flow allows for a low-stress environment compared to large hospital systems.
Job Summary:
Access Healthcare Staffing Solutions is
currently seeking a qualified Locum CRNA to provide safe, high-quality
anesthesia care across a range of clinical settings. The ideal
candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills, sound judgment, and
a patient-centered approach to care. This locum opportunity offers
flexibility while allowing the CRNA to work within a collaborative,
well-supported anesthesia care team.
Requirements
Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board
on Certification and Re-certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Arkansas
Minimum of 1–3 years of CRNA
experience preferred; proficiency in Orthopedic, Regional, Outpatient and General Anesthesia
Strong clinical knowledge and ability to provide
anesthesia care to diverse patient populations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to
work effectively with patients, families, and the care team
BLS and ACLS required; PALS and other
advanced certifications as applicable
