• Experience: Prior inpatient hospitalist experience preferred

What You’ll Do

• Provide inpatient hospitalist care for adult patients, managing approximately 8-10 patients daily
• Respond to codes and rapid responses, including stabilization and management of critically ill patients
• Manage ventilator support and step-down level care as needed
• Coordinate patient care with nursing staff, case management, and specialists
• Document all patient interactions accurately using Cerner Community Works
• Collaborate with a supportive team in a small, community hospital setting

What You Need

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Vermont or eligible for licensure
• ACLS and BLS certifications preferred
• Prior experience in hospital inpatient care, especially with adult populations
• Ability to manage complex cases and respond to emergencies effectively
