What You’ll Do

• Provide inpatient neonatology care in a Level III NICU setting
• Attend and assist in neonatal deliveries, including resuscitation efforts
• Perform procedures such as PICC line placement, umbilical line placement, needle aspirations, and chest tube placement
• Collaborate with supervising physicians during all clinical activities
• Document patient care accurately using Epic EMR
• Manage a patient load of approximately 10-12 neonates per day
• Support the unit's short-staffed needs due to staffing adjustments

What You Need
Required:

• Valid state license (no new license candidates)
• Board certification in Neonatal or relevant specialty (ANCC, AANP, NCCPA, etc.)
• Neonatal care experience
• NRP certification

Preferred:

• Experience with delivery room attendance and neonatal procedures
