What You’ll Do
Provide inpatient neonatology care in a Level III NICU setting
Attend and assist in neonatal deliveries, including resuscitation efforts
Perform procedures such as PICC line placement, umbilical line placement, needle aspirations, and chest tube placement
Collaborate with supervising physicians during all clinical activities
Document patient care accurately using Epic EMR
Manage a patient load of approximately 10-12 neonates per day
Support the unit's short-staffed needs due to staffing adjustments
What You Need Required:
Valid state license (no new license candidates)
Board certification in Neonatal or relevant specialty (ANCC, AANP, NCCPA, etc.)
Neonatal care experience
NRP certification
Preferred:
Experience with delivery room attendance and neonatal procedures
