• 4,10-hour shifts -- Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri; 7 am - 5:30 pm or 8 am - 6:30 pm
• 18 patients per shift
• Primary care setting with mental health component
• 2 exam rooms available
• Primary care experience required -- all ages treated
