• Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
• 17 - 20 patients per day
• All telehealth
• Broad-spectrum family medicine -- all ages seen
• Team-based model transitioning to 1:1 physician/APP model
• No procedures -- telehealth practice
• 4 - 6+ years of recent outpatient family medicine experience required
