• Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm -- 40 hours per week
• 15 - 18 patients per day, adult and geriatric population
• Hospital-based wellness clinic
• STI testing and treatment experience required
• PrEP management experience highly preferred
• Hospital privileges required
