What You’ll Do

• Manage post-operative care for cardiothoracic and vascular patients
• Perform emergency surgery procedures and assist in operative cases
• Take patient consultations and referrals from ED, Cath Lab, and hospital providers
• Harvest veins during heart surgeries and assist in vascular tissue retrieval
• Write prescriptions and coordinate ongoing patient care plans
• Interpret tests and order diagnostic procedures
• Document patient encounters in Epic EMR system

What You Need
Required:

• Ohio Nurse Practitioner license in good standing
• Experience in cardiothoracic or vascular surgery (minimum 2 years preferred)
• Ability to handle post-op care, emergency procedures, and surgical assistance
• Strong team collaboration and communication skills

Preferred:

• Previous hospital-based or inpatient experience in a Level 2 trauma setting
• Bilingual abilities or additional certifications (if applicable)
