What You’ll Do

• Assist in robotic gynecological surgeries as a First Assist
• Support surgical procedures in an inpatient OR setting
• Collaborate with the surgical team and supervising physician
• Document procedures using Cerner/Oracle EMR system
• Maintain high standards of patient care and safety
• Handle 2-6 surgeries daily, providing expert support during procedures

What You Need

• Valid First Assist Certification with robotics experience
• BLS/ACLS certification as per standard
• 2+ years of experience in gynecologic surgery
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Must have current NJ license and be eligible to practice
