Hourly Pay Rate: $14.74/hour

What Youll Do
Provide post-procedural daily patient care in a hospital setting
Communicate effectively with patients and families about care plans
Collaborate with neurosurgery team members and other healthcare providers
Document patient progress accurately in EPIC electronic medical record system
Assist with patient education and discharge planning as needed
Support coverage for maternity leave, filling in for existing staff
Uphold hospital protocols and safety standards in inpatient care
What You Need
Required:
Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Virginia
Inpatient or surgical experience, particularly in neurosurgery
Strong communication and patient care skills
Preferred:
Experience with post-procedural care in a hospital environment
Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team
