What You’ll Do

• Provide anesthesiology services for 50–60 surgical cases daily in a hospital-based operating room setting
• Supervise CRNAs in a care team model, practicing both independently and in collaboration
• Prepare anesthesia carts as needed
• Manage a patient demographic from neonatal to adult
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of RNs, surgical techs, APPs, and surgeons
• Ensure patient safety and adherence to all clinical standards in a Level 1 Trauma Center setting
• Support the facility during maternity leave coverage, maintaining high-quality care

What You Need

• Valid Ohio medical license; DEA, CSR, and Life Certifications
• Prior pediatric anesthesiology experience
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
