What You Will Do:
- Deliver anesthesia services for a wide age range, from neonatal to adult patients, in hospital operating rooms.
- Supervise CRNAs within a collaborative care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Manage a high-volume surgical schedule averaging 50-60 cases daily in a fast-paced environment.
- Be part of a renowned facility with 14 ORs, serving a community of over 70,000 annual ER visits, ensuring top-tier care for diverse trauma and surgical cases.
Required Skills:
- Board-certified oreligible in Anesthesiology.
- Active state medical license and DEA.
- Proven experience with pediatric and adult anesthesia management.
- Strong supervision skills for CRNAs in a team-based care setting.
- Ability to adapt to a busy, high-volume surgical environment.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working in level 1 trauma centers.
- Familiarity with hospital-based OR protocols.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 2+ years of anesthesiology practice, with pediatric exposure preferred.
Other Requirements:
- Credentialing confirmation, background checks, and immediate completion of required documentation.
- Availability for the assignment from August 10 to November 16, 2026.
- Willingness to travel and adhere to all facility travel policies; travel expenses are reimbursed.
