We are seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA) for a Locum-to-Perm Cardiothoracic Surgery opportunity. This is an excellent opportunity for a CT Surgery PA looking for meaningful surgical involvement and the potential for a long-term position.

Position Details

• Start: ASAP
• Initial Commitment: 6 months
• Schedule: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
• Setting: 75% inpatient / 25% outpatient
• Weekend Rounds: Yes
• Average Rounding Census: 510 patients
• EMR: EPIC
• Credentialing: Approximately 90120 days

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Cardiothoracic Surgery training/experience required
• Active Virginia PA license
• Active DEA
• Hospital privileges required
