• Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm -- closed on federal holidays
• 18 - 22 patients per day
• Family medicine clinic setting
• All ages seen -- pediatric through geriatric
• 2+ years of NP/PA experience required
• Basic primary care -- follow-ups, wellness, chronic health, sick visits
• Preferred: joint injections, women's health, IUD, Nexplanon
• FQHC or community/rural health experience preferred
• We provide complimentary housing and travel
• We arrange and cover costs for licensing and malpractice
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
