Pay & Benefits

What You’ll Do

• Provide care and assist in cardiothoracic surgical procedures under supervision
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for inpatient and outpatient management
• Perform patient assessments, preoperative and postoperative care
• Support hospital rounds and documentation within EPIC EMR system
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols
• Assist in maintaining a sterile environment and managing surgical instruments when needed
• Contribute to patient education and follow-up care

What You Need
Required:

• Valid healthcare license and hospital privileges in VA
• Prior experience or strong background in cardiothoracic surgery or related specialty
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

• Relevant certifications in advanced cardiac or surgical support roles
• Experience with inpatient and outpatient surgical teams
