• Experience: Prior cardiothoracic surgical experience preferred

What You'll Do

• Provide post-operative care for cardiothoracic and vascular patients
• Perform emergency surgeries on cardiothoracic and vascular cases
• Take consults/referrals from the ED, Cath Lab, and hospital providers
• Assist in surgical procedures, including vein harvesting and vessel retrieval
• Interpret tests and order tests as needed
• Coordinate care and document thorough notes in Epic EMR
• Support the surgical team during complex procedures and emergencies

What You Need

• Active Physician Assistant license in Ohio or the ability to obtain privileges quickly
• 1+ years of experience in cardiothoracic or vascular surgery preferred
• Strong skills in post-op care, emergency response, and surgical assistance
• Ability to perform vein harvesting and assist in complex surgeries
