What Youll Do- Provide inpatient care and assist in vascular surgery procedures
- Support hospital-based teams across multiple facilities
- Conduct patient assessments and document in EPIC EMR
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to manage adult patient populations
- Participate in emergent patient consults as needed
- Adhere to all hospital protocols and safety standards
What You Need- Valid Ohio Physician Assistant license and applicable certifications
- Minimum 1+ years of clinical experience, ideally in vascular surgery or hospital inpatient settings
- Strong skills in patient assessment, documentation, and teamwork
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in high-pressure situations
- Preferred: Local candidates; flexibility for travel reimbursements possible
About the Assignment
This assignment at a high-level trauma and community hospital in Toledo supports coverage during maternity leave, ensuring continuous quality care for adult inpatient and ER patients. The provider will serve in a fast-paced, inpatient setting, managing approximately 12-15 patients daily.
