What You’ll Do

• Provide urgent care services to a diverse patient population from birth to death
• Perform suturing, laceration repair, and incision & drainage procedures
• Manage foreign body removal and minor burns
• Conduct joint reductions and orthopedic stabilization
• Interpret X-rays, EKGs, and point-of-care lab tests (rapid strep, flu, COVID-19, etc.)
• Support airway management and emergency stabilization
• Document all patient encounters accurately in Epic EMR
• Manage episodic high-acuity cases and coordinate patient care effectively

What You Need

• Active PA license in Virginia or willingness to obtain
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in urgent or outpatient care
• Proficiency in suturing, I&D, and basic procedures listed above
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced outpatient environment
