Join Our Team as a Locum - Physician - Cardiology in Redding, CA!

What You Bring to the Table:
- Board Certified in Cardiology (Board Eligible candidates considered if within the required timeframe)
- Valid medical license in California or eligibility to acquire one
- Proven experience in outpatient cardiology practice with full scope capability
- Exceptional clinical skills and compassionate patient care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience working in inpatient or outpatient settings
- Familiarity with Cerner EMR system
- Additional certifications or specialties that complement cardiology practice
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Completed residency and fellowship in Cardiology from an accredited US or Canadian program
- Minimum of 2+ years of clinical practice in cardiology
Other Requirements:
- Availability to start around May 8, 2026, for a 6+ month assignment
- Willingness to work 4-5 days per week, with a schedule of 8-hour days Monday through Thursday and half-day on Friday
- Must have or be eligible for California medical licensure
- Credentialing process estimated to take 60-90 days; foundation privileges only
