What You’ll Do

• Provide outpatient and inpatient Hematology and Oncology care
• Manage patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatments
• Collaborate with a team to coordinate patient care
• Document care in Epic EMR system
• Cover a Level III trauma center with adult and geriatric patients
• Perform rounding, patient consultations, and follow-up visits
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards

What You Need

• Active Medical License in Virginia or eligible for a temporary/perm license
• Proven experience in Hematology and Oncology
• Strong clinical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
