• Pay rate: $19,500 per week (gross)

What You’ll Do

• Provide inpatient and outpatient Hematology and Oncology care for adult patients in a hospital setting
• Oversee and coordinate care with advanced practice providers and support staff
• Manage patient treatments, including chemo and research protocol enrollment
• Participate in patient consults, follow-ups, and records documentation in EPIC EMR
• Responsible for call coverage as needed, supporting hospital-based care and emergencies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
• Contribute to ongoing research studies and quality improvement initiatives

What You Need

• MD or DO degree, board-certified or board-eligible in Hematology and Oncology
• Virginia Medical License preferred (or in progress)
• DEA and BLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years professional experience in Hematology/Oncology practice
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage inpatient and outpatient caseloads effectively
