Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Rate: $273.00
• Pay Package: Includes weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), paid sick time, licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements if applicable
• Additional Benefits: Robust referral bonus program, 24/7 dedicated team support, holiday pay at 1.25x, orientation hours at 50% of standard rate

What You’ll Do

• Provide OB/GYN triage and surgical consultations
• Manage labor and delivery, including emergencies
• Conduct inpatient obstetric and gynecologic consultations
• Collaborate with a team of OB-GYN hospitalists, family medicine providers, nursing staff, and Stanford Medical support
• Support hospital deliveries, with approximately 1,200 births annually
• Participate in maternity ward coverage at a Level II NICU site

What You Need

• Valid California Medical License
• Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with OB/GYN experience
• Minimum of 2 years hospitalist or obstetrics experience
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
