What You’ll Do

• Provide specialized interventional cardiology procedures, including balloon angioplasties, coronary angioplasty, PCI, and heart catheterizations
• Manage vascular disease medically and through interventional techniques
• Perform diagnostic procedures like coronary angiograms and carotid artery stenting
• Respond to emergent cases and participate in scheduled inpatient and call coverage
• Collaborate with a team of cardiologists and healthcare providers in a busy hospital setting
• Assist in patient management, including pre- and post-procedure care and rounding when needed

What You Need
Required:

• Medical license in Virginia
• Board Certified or eligible in Interventional Cardiology
• Proven experience with coronary interventions and related procedures
• Ability to handle emergent cases involving STEMI activations
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred:

• Experience in high-volume hospital settings
• Skills with EPIC EMR system and diagnostic imaging
