The Role:
Location: Bellevue, WA 98004
Assignment duration: Start ASAP. 91-day travel assignment (may extend)
Certifications required: Board Certified in Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM)
Specialty / Unit: Maternal-Fetal Medicine
Shift Type: Days - Monday through Friday clinic coverage; 9-hour clinic day
Minimum commitment: Minimum of a 1 week block per month
Number of positions: 1
Type: Travel
On-call coverage: TBD (on-call compensation provided)
Clinical duties: Consults and ultrasound reads
Site Charting Systems: Epic and Viewpoint
Credentialing timeframe: 90 days
Additional notes: Providers must be clinically active, have at least 1 year post-fellowship experience, and meet all submission requirements listed below.
Submission requirements (ALL MUST BE PROVIDED/NOTATED AT THE TIME OF NAME CLEAR TO AVOID BEING REDIRECTED):
Board Certified in MFM (REQUIRED)
Washington active license or IMLC-eligible for compact license (REQUIRED)
Self-query NPDB pulled within 30 days of submission (REQUIRED)
Must have been clinically active within the past year (REQUIRED)
At least 1 year post-fellowship experience (REQUIRED)
Completed Prescreen Questionnaire (REQUIRED)
CV must be in MM/YYYY format with all gaps explained (REQUIRED)
No malpractice or disclosure history (REQUIRED)
Home address, phone number, and email address must be added to the first page of the CV (REQUIRED)
Full presentation required at time of name clear: travel, BC, license, updated CV, prescreen, and self-query
