2 days per week -- flexible on which days; hours per day also flexible
15 - 22 patients per day depending on SNF census
Skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
Open to both internal medicine and family medicine -- adults only
Standard outpatient primary care for SNF -- regulatory visits required
Hospital privileges required
1 year minimum commitment
