Locums Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician in Sonora, California - Low Daily Volume, Flexible Coverage

Take as-needed 24 hour OB GYN call with a lighter daily workload centered on emergency evaluations, phone consultations, and morning rounding.

Highlights

• Approximately 2 to 4 patients per day
• As-needed coverage
• Mix of phone and in-person consultations
• Multi-month coverage need

Practice & Cases

• Inpatient obstetrics and gynecology
• Emergency OB GYN evaluations
• Approximately 1 to 3 in-person emergency visits per day
• Approximately 35 to 40 deliveries per month across the service

Schedule

• 24 hour call shifts
• Morning rounds as needed
• Approximately 4 to 6 telephone calls per day

Requirements

• Must be an MD or DO
• Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Active medical license required

• Rental car and mileage are covered
