Mon - Fri, 8 am - 5 pm -- call every night 5 pm - 8 am
20 patients per day -- 2 to 3 admits/discharges daily
Inpatient rehabilitation setting
No procedures required -- adult patients only
PMR serves as full attending -- all IM, team conferences, and med reconciliation
No on-site IM on weekends -- consult only
Vacation coverage
We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
