• Telehealth -- fully remote psychiatry practice
• Availability-based scheduling -- over 10 hrs/week including nights & weekends
• Peak volume: 8 am - 10 am M - F (patient time zone)
• 15-min follow-ups and 45-min new patient evaluations
• Provider chooses patient age ranges
• Proprietary EMR with charting time built into each visit
• Board certification required -- min 2 years post-graduate training
• Willing to wait for licensure in states of need
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
