Required Skills:
- Board-certified or eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology or Family Medicine with OB experience
- Valid Texas medical license and current medical credentials
- Proven ability to manage labor and delivery cases autonomously
- Strong communication skills and professionalism
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in hospitalist or OB hospitalist roles
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- BLS, NRP, and ATLS certifications
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- At least 2 years of clinical experience in obstetrics and gynecology
- Prior locum or hospitalist experience is advantageous but not required
Other Requirements:
- Availability to start on 12/31/2025
- Must comply with all applicable state, federal, and local licensure and certification requirements
- Travel and licensing reimbursements available as applicable
