- Experience: 3+ years of OB hospitalist experience preferred
Pay & Benefits:
- Pay Rate: $214.50 per hour

What You’ll Do:
- Provide emergent OB/GYN coverage, including labor and delivery management
- Collaborate with in-house anesthesia and back-up physicians for seamless care
- Manage approximately 72 deliveries per month
- Respond to emergent GYN situations when needed
- Support a hospital with a Level 3B NICU at the main facility (not onsite)
- Work with a team that includes other OBs, general surgeons, and ER doctors
- Cover approximately 600 assigned patients plus additional unassigned cases
What You Need:
- Active Virginia medical license or eligible to obtain one
- Board certification or eligibility in OB/GYN
- Minimum of 3 years OB hospitalist experience
- Strong clinical judgment and team collaboration skills
