License/Certs: Board Eligible or Board Certified in Hematology and Oncology (required)
Experience: 2+ years in Hematology/Oncology

What Youll Do:
Provide outpatient chemotherapy, immunotherapy, blood/platelet transfusions, and various treatments in a dedicated infusion center
Manage diagnosis, staging, symptom management, and treatment planning for hematology/oncology patients
Collaborate with mid-level providers and support staff to ensure optimal patient flow
Oversee all aspects of patient care within your specialty, including hospital consults and admissions when necessary
Maintain EMR documentation using iKnowmed and Cerner platforms
Participate in remote weekend call and on-site weekday clinic duties
Contribute to multidisciplinary team efforts to deliver personalized cancer care
What You Need:
Required:
MD or DO, licensed or eligible for licensure in California
Board Eligible/Certified in Hematology and Oncology
At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience
Preferred:
Prior experience working in outpatient infusion settings
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
