LOCUM- Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation

We are looking for two providers for this need. Ideally, we would like to privilege them at QVH & PVH for locum needs as they arise there as well.

The site is working on obtaining temporary privilege approval for the April shifts. If this cannot be obtained provider will more than likely not start until June.

OT Policy: Overtime must be pre-approved by medical director prior to end of shift
