Physician - Primary Care (Locum) Opportunity in Atlantic City, NJ

What You Will Do:
- Deliver comprehensive adult outpatient care in a Level II trauma setting.
- Perform EKG interpretations and conduct disability exams, including occupational medicine assessments.
- Work within Cerner EMR system, ensuring accurate and efficient documentation.
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered primary care without inpatient or emergency responsibilities.
Required Skills:
- Valid New Jersey medical license (or ability to obtain one).
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Practice or Internal Medicine.
- Proven experience in outpatient adult patient care.
- Strong proficiency in EKG interpretation and occupational medicine procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with diverse patient populations.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience working in a Level II trauma center.
- Familiarity with Cerner EMR system.
- Experience in occupational medicine or disability evaluations.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Minimum of 2 years of primary care experience.
- Past locum or? is a plus.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to obtain New Jersey medical licensure, including credentialing within approximately 90 days.
- This position is ideal for local providers seeking mileage reimbursement or providers willing to travel for the right opportunity.
- No hospital or emergency department shifts; solely outpatient duties during weekdays, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
