Practice Setting (Clinic/Private Practice/Hospital/Call/Single Specialty Group/Public Service/SOLO, etc.): Primary care office

Dates of Coverage: ASAP TBD

Schedule (Shifts and Hours): Monday Friday- 8am-5pm Tuesdays until 7pm

Average Number of Patients Per Day: 3 patients per hour

Will Other Internal Medicine Physicians Provide Coverage During Locums Coverage Dates? Yes

How Many Mid-Levels Provide Coverage: 1

Will the Locum Be Responsible for Supervising Other Health Care Providers? No

Will the Locum Tenens Physician Respond to In-House Codes? No

Will the Locum Tenens Physician Be Expected to Provide Backup for the ED? No

Practice Population: Adult, Geriatric

Required General Procedures: EKG interpretation; evaluation and management of acute volume/BP issues

Required Medicine Procedures: Adult outpatient

Required Occupational Medicine Procedures: Employment physicals; disability exams

Board Requirements (Board Certified/Board Eligible): Board Certified preferred, but will accept truly board eligible

Certification Requirement (BLS, ACLS, etc.): Preferred
