Hourly Pay Rate: $600 - $650

Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified Diagnostic Radiologist with Mammography (biopsy) privileges for coverage at Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital in Grass Valley, CA. The position involves reading studies across all modalities, with a focus on diagnostic mammograms and breast biopsies. The radiologist will be responsible for interpreting mammograms, PET scans, and performing breast biopsies. Support staff includes radiology and ultrasound technicians, and the facility utilizes Cerner EMR. This outpatient outpatient clinic setting requires a provider comfortable with outpatient procedures and capable of reading various imaging modalities, with the option to utilize teleradiology support if needed.

Schedule & Duration:

• Start Date: 05/30/2026
• Coverage Needed: 10/12-10/16, 10/26-10/30, 11/9-11/13, 12/14-12/18, 12/21-12/25, 12/28-1/1
• Duration: 9-12 months, Monday-Friday, 8 am - 4 pm
• No call required

Travel & Expenses:

• Airfare: Up to $750 (Economy)
• Lodging: Preferred hotels as per job description (up to 1.5x GSA rate)
• Car Rental: $65 daily cap
• Mileage: IRS standard rate

Additional Details:

• Credentialing required within 90-120 days
• Malpractice insurance included in pay rate
• Orientation: $300-$325 (half the hourly rate), applied after 8 hours of training
• Holiday Rate: $900-$975 per hour (1.5x hourly rate)
