Pay & Benefits

• Per Diem & Call Pay: Night and weekend call, callback pay included

What You’ll Do

• Perform hospital-based interventional procedures, including angioplasty, stent placement, embolization, needle biopsies, thrombolysis, UFE, and related interventions
• Support adult patient demographic with a focus on geriatric care
• Collaborate with a team of three physicians and two advanced practice providers to deliver high-quality IR services
• Handle approximately 8 cases per day in a Level I trauma center setting
• Participate in Q3 call schedule, providing coverage on weekdays and weekends
• Document procedures and patient interactions within the facility’s EMR system
• Contribute to patient care across multiple specialties including ortho, gynecology, and urology as needed

What You Need
Required:

• Medical license and certification in Interventional Radiology (MD/DO) or equivalent
• Ability to perform angioplasty, embolization, biopsy, and other core IR procedures
• Proven experience in a hospital IR department

Preferred:

• Additional experience in orthopedic, gynecology, and urology procedures
• Flexibility with travel arrangements for providers able to do 3+ weeks of coverage per month
