• Assignment type: Travel, 91-day assignment (Start ASAP)
• # of Positions: 1
• Setting: Onsite
• Shift: Days, M-F 8a-4p
• Modalities: XR, CT, MR, US, Fluoro
• Subspecialty case mix: Mammography (screens & diagnostic), MSK, Neuro; ability to read general exams required
• Daily volume expectations (per 8 hr shift): 90-100 studies
• wRVUs (per 8 hr shift): ~60-70
• Board Certification: Required
• State License: Active FL license required (willing to accept candidates who need to obtain state license? No - active FL license required)
• DEA Registration: Required
• NPDB: A Self-Query NPDB report is required at the time of presentation (should be pulled within 30 days)
• Credentialing: Submission requirements include Board Certification, active FL license, DEA, NPDB self-query
