What You’ll Do:
As a essential member of our radiology team, you will perform mammography screenings and diagnostic procedures, with the ability to read general exams, MSK, and Neuro images. Your expertise will be pivotal in delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, onsite setting using modalities including XR, CT, MR, US, and Fluoroscopy. You’ll handle an average volume of 90-100 cases per 8-hour shift, contributing to patient diagnosis and treatment planning.
Required Skills:
- Board-certified or eligible in Radiology with mammography specialization
- Proven experience interpreting mammography and general radiology exams
- Proficiency in multiple imaging modalities: XR, CT, MR, US, Fluoroscopy
- Strong diagnostic skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with MSK and Neuro imaging interpretation
- Previous locum or temporary assignment experience
- Knowledge of current radiology software and PACS systems
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Valid medical license to practice in Florida
- At least 2 years of radiology experience, ideally in breast imaging or community hospital settings
Other Requirements:
- Commitment to onsite work at our facility in The Villages
- Certification in Mammography (Mammography Certification)
- Ability to start promptly on 04/28/2026
- Willingness to travel and adapt to a dynamic clinical environment
