The Role:
- Location: Windber, PA (onsite)
- Assignment duration: Start ASAP, approximately 91 days (travel assignment)
- Specialty/Unit: Radiology
- Shift Type: Days, M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- # of Positions: 1
- Settings/Modalities: XR, CT, MR, Fluoro, US, NM
- Subspecialty Case Mix: ER, Fluoro, Nuclear Medicine, MSK, Neuro, Pediatrics, Mammography Diagnostic Procedures
- Light IR Procedures
- Biopsies: Thyroid, Lung, Liver, Bone, Renal (CT & US guided)
- Drainages: Paracentesis, Thoracentesis, Abscess Drainages, Chest Tube, Cysts
- Other Procedures: Diagnostic lumbar puncture, myelogram, epidural procedures, arthrograms (knee, elbow, hip, ankle, shoulder)
- Daily Volume Expectations (per 8 hr shift): Volume 90-100; wRVUs 60-70
- Malpractice insurance must be included (provider coverage/tail available)
- Credentialing/submission requirements:
- Board Certification - REQUIRED
- Active PA (Pennsylvania) medical license - REQUIRED (willing to accept candidates who need to obtain state license)
- DEA registration - REQUIRED
- Self-query NPDB report required at time of presentation (pulled within 30 days) - REQUIRED
- Interview Required: No
