What You’ll Do

• Provide hospital-based cardiothoracic surgical care, including pre- and post-operative management
• Perform procedures such as aneurysm repair, coronary artery bypass graft (CABG), and heart valve replacement
• Participate in emergency and scheduled surgeries as needed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient care via EPIC electronic medical records system
• Respond to emergent cardiovascular cases during scheduled shifts

What You Need

• Valid medical license in South Carolina
• Board certification or eligibility in Cardiovascular Surgery
• Proven experience in cardiothoracic procedures, especially aneurysm repair, CABG, and valve replacements
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently in high-pressure situations
