UCHealth Memorial Hospital Central s looking for a Locum Hand Surgeon to fill their need!
DETAILS:
- THIS IS NOT A FULL TIME POSITION.
- Schedule: 4-5 days per month, ongoing.
- Board Certified in Hand Required (will not consider BE, or BC in Client w/ Hand Fellowship)
- Must be Fellowshipped in Hand Surgery, not just experienced
- Facility uses EPIC EMR
- Lvl. I Trauma
- Credentialing takes a full 90 days
- Conversion Fee Cap is ***k
- Facility is wanting weekday coverage from a locum, not just weekends.
Bill Rates needed for submission:
- Malpractice (must be included in the rates)
- Orientation
- 24 Hour On Call (*** rate cap)
- 24 Hour Holiday Call
- Call Back (*** rate cap)
- Holiday Call Back
- Conversion Fee (***k rate cap)
Travel Reimbursement:
- Must send provider flights and lodging info 4 weeks before start.
- Flights - Up to *** RT cap
- Lodging - Reimbursed by Receipt - up to *** total per night cap.
- Car rental - Reimbursed by Receipt - up to an economy car cap.
- Mileage - IRS Standard Rate***
