What You’ll Do

• Provide orthopedic surgical care as per Level III trauma protocols
• Be available on call within 30 minutes for urgent cases
• Handle both emergent and ongoing surgical cases during assigned dates
• Collaborate with emergency and support staff to deliver timely patient care
• Document procedures and patient interactions accurately in Epic EMR
• Support the facility’s mission to serve adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations

What You Need

• Active Colorado medical license
• Board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery
• Minimum of 2 years of orthopedic surgery experience in a trauma or hospital setting
• Ability to work independently and respond promptly during emergency hours
• Familiarity with trauma center protocols and Epic EMR preferred
