What You’ll Do:
  • Provide surgical care for trauma and general plastic cases, including facial trauma, scar revisions, skin grafts, and facial procedures
  • Manage pediatric and adult plastic surgery cases in a hospital setting
  • Respond to 24-hour call coverage, ensuring timely patient care
  • Collaborate with a team of medical professionals, including ancillary staff
  • Document procedures and patient care in compliance with hospital standards
  • Maintain high standards of patient safety and quality outcomes


What You Need:
  • Active Medical License in Michigan
  • Certification in Plastic Surgery (Board Certified or Eligible)
  • Experience in trauma and pediatric plastic surgery preferred
  • Ability to commit to 24-hour call shifts and adapt to hospital protocols
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:
  • Prior experience in hospital-based plastic surgery
  • Surgical proficiency in facial repairs, skin grafts, and trauma cases
