What Youll Do:
- Provide surgical care for trauma and general plastic cases, including facial trauma, scar revisions, skin grafts, and facial procedures
- Manage pediatric and adult plastic surgery cases in a hospital setting
- Respond to 24-hour call coverage, ensuring timely patient care
- Collaborate with a team of medical professionals, including ancillary staff
- Document procedures and patient care in compliance with hospital standards
- Maintain high standards of patient safety and quality outcomes
What You Need:
- Active Medical License in Michigan
- Certification in Plastic Surgery (Board Certified or Eligible)
- Experience in trauma and pediatric plastic surgery preferred
- Ability to commit to 24-hour call shifts and adapt to hospital protocols
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred:
- Prior experience in hospital-based plastic surgery
- Surgical proficiency in facial repairs, skin grafts, and trauma cases
