Pay & Benefits
Hourly Rate: Average callback at $500/hour; 24-hour call compensation up to $5,600

What Youll Do
Provide urology consultations for clinic patients, managing a minimum of 17 patients daily
Attend to hospital emergencies and admissions during on-call hours
Perform outpatient surgical procedures such as circumcision, cystoscopy, hydrocele repair, and prostate biopsies
Collaborate with clinic staff and support teams to deliver exceptional patient care
Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to facility protocols
Participate in on-call duties, including 24-hour call shifts, and manage surgical schedules
What You Need
Valid Oregon medical license and board certification in Urology
Previous experience with procedures listed (e.g., cystoscopy, prostate biopsy) preferred
Ability to handle a high-volume practice with professionalism
Strong skills in patient communication, teamwork, and surgical support
Required procedures: No Da Vinci robotics; emphasis on basic urological surgeries
