Support Staff: 2 RNs, MA, Surgery Scheduler, 2 front desk staff

What Youll Do
Provide general urology care in clinic and on-call settings
Manage a diverse patient population with 20-25 patients daily
Respond to urgent calls and consults (80% callback, 20% consults)
Participate in hospital rounding and support hospitalist team
Utilize robotic technology (robotic procedures not required)
Maintain efficient workflow in a busy, fast-paced environment
What You Need
Active or eligible medical license in Washington
Board eligibility or certification in Urology
BLS and DEA required
Minimum 3 months of relevant Urology experience
Good patient care and communication skills
Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
Comfortable with high patient volume and fast pace
