Locum Tenen Hospitalist Physician

Central Health Management is seeking a board certified internal medicine hospitalist for a locum tenens contract starting in November for 9 months.   This role is compensated at a rate of $150 to $180 per hour and is expected to work 7 days on/off.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing primary inpatient care including diagnosis, establishing care plans, communicating with patients and families and other medical personnel, charting, rounding on patients and completing discharge orders.

To qualify, you must have:

• MD/DO from an accredited university
• Completion of an internal or family medicine residency
• Board Certified in internal or family medicine
• Active and valid medical license to practice in West Virginia
• BLS
• ability to complete a standard background/credentialing process
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship
  

Medical malpractice insurance is provided, along with customary travel expenses in accordance with GSA rates.
